New Microsystems service for firms moving to Office 2010

Microsystems has just announced the Microsoft Office 2010: Validate, Refine, Align Engagement to position law firms for improved workflows, maximized user productivity and better client service. Focusing on critical lawyer workflows, Ribbon configuration and templates, the Validate, Refine, Align Engagement helps law firms develop an action plan to improve their Microsoft Office configuration and implementation by identifying areas where usability refinements generate productivity gains.
Microsystems created the Validate, Refine, Align Engagement by building on the development of best practices and successful strategies in their original Office Planning Engagement, which assisted nearly 100 law firms in the planning and execution of a strategic Office 2010/2007 implementation.
“Office 2010 offers many new and enhanced features, which we discovered during the Office Planning Engagement. We anticipate continuing to utilize Microsystems expertise to help us improve productivity and promote a smooth transition to this new environment,” said Abby Ewen, Director of Business Transformation at Simmons & Simmons LLP.
The Validate, Refine, Align Engagement is designed for firms that are currently working in Office 2010 or Office 2007 or planning a move from Office 2007 to Office 2010.
