Here’s our 46th submission to the Legal Industry Video Awards. This entry comes from the UK law firm Roberts Jackson Solicitors who say “the purpose of our video is to educate and raise awareness of work related conditions using video feedback from our existing clients. It highlights the potential damage certain working environments can cause to a person’s health and is carefully layered with expert information from one of our solicitors.
“The objective of our video was to break down the barriers that potential claimants face when instructing solicitors. Many of our clients are apprehensive about pursuing a claim due to the intimidating prospect of having to deal with a formal solicitor whom regularly uses jargon, especially when the case may go to trial. By including one of our solicitors (Michael Wolstencroft) in the video, providing good and straight forward legal advice, we believe that potential clients or anyone unsure about bringing a claim can be reassured by Roberts Jackson’s ability to remain professional yet approachable.
