Salisbury based Wilsons Solicitors LLP is swapping out its Miles 33 practice management system in favour of the Peppermint Platform in order to drive and generate revenue. The growing law firm believes that whilst other systems may assist them in doing their job, the Platform is the only legal software capable of actually generating revenue through the effective automation of cross selling and business development.
Wilsons has built a robust business on traditional values coupled with modern thinking, a commitment to clients and a readiness to adapt and invest. In the last five years the firm, which now employs 170 staff, has experienced significant growth, opened a London office and moved into new headquarters.
Wilsons will utilise the Platform’s powerful business rules engine and workflow to automate processes, tasks and alerts in areas across the business, including cross selling. By putting the client at the centre of its technology focus, Wilsons will use process automation to drive down costs, optimise business development opportunities and assist with client retention.
