Bad timing – as Microsoft seeks to allay English Law Society fears about Cloud security

In an example of timing so bad you couldn’t make it up, Microsoft has just prepared a position paper for the English Law Society to allay fears that storing data in the cloud (when using Office 365) could in anyway be a risk to the confidentially of lawyer/client communications.
