NetDocuments just announced it has signed 600 new customers in the past 18 months, with over 15% of the Am Law firms now using NetDocuments document and/or email management services.
“Our vision is to become the leading document and email management service for the legal market by providing the highest levels of security, predictability, usability and customer delight” said Matt Duncan, CEO of NetDocuments. “Our record growth over the past 18 months has been driven by the recognition in the marketplace that the highest levels of security and usability can only be achieved with a native cloud application like NetDocuments. Customers are coming to NetDocuments because of 1) the sophistication and security of our native cloud infrastructure; 2) the redefined user experience in terms of usability, mobility and productivity gains; and 3) the simplicity of cloud conversion and adoption.”
NetDocuments has also expanded its global datacenter infrastructure to the APAC region with the addition of two datacenters hosted by NEXTDC in Australia. (NEXTDC has ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification.)
“We are thrilled to be involved with NEXTDC as our datacenter partner, providing redundancy, security, and high availability of the NetDocuments service to our customer base in the region,” said Paul Wyatt, NetDocuments’ Regional Manager for APAC. “As NetDocuments continues to grow at a rapid pace and capture market share in the region, we required a data centre that could sustain our growth. After a rigorous selection process, we found NEXTDC to be a leader for IT infrastructure management, and a strong supporter of cloud-based technology.”
