Solicitors Case Management Systems (SC@MS – www.scams-law.com) just bought the FormsPlus legal forms business from Infolaw (www.infolaw.co.uk/forms). Infolaw has supplied its forms to the UK legal profession since 2005. FormsPlus is particularly well-known for the fact that every form is supplied in an MS Word (.doc) format.
Said SC@MS director Terry Frost “We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to acquire the FormsPlus forms. We have first-hand knowledge of the excellent forms packages, having used the forms for a good many years now and so we jumped at the chance of taking over from infolaw. The forms will complement perfectly our case management systems in particular. We intend to carry on the good work from Nick and his team. Why change a winning formula? The only difference is that in addition to supplying and maintaining the forms as standalone packages, clients will have the added option, if they wish, to have the forms integrated into our case management system.”
