There’s more change and consolidation within the conveyancing sector as commercial and residential property search company Searches UK is acquired by online conveyancing marketing specialist Fitzalan Partners, part of aim-listed outsourced marketing provider NAHL Group.
Fitzalan generates confirmed leads for conveyancing and home surveys by targeting homebuyers and sellers through its four web-based platforms Fridaysmove, In-Deed, Homeward Legal and Surveyor Local.
Searches UK will operate as normal with the same team and its range of products and services will remain the same. Prospective and existing clients will still have the option to fully tailor the service they receive to meet the needs of their firm, including various ordering and payment methods, added value service options, bespoke packs and flexible returns.
Andrew Stenning, managing director at Searches UK who founded the company in 2008 said: “It is a very exciting time for our clients, team and business; we are treading in new territory with the aim of making further improvements to the way our business is run to ultimately benefit our clients. The business will function in the same way and I would like to take this opportunity to reassure our clients that there are lots of great positives as a result of this change.”
Richard Rickwood, managing director at Fitzalan Partners added: “Having worked with Andrew and the team at Searches UK, Fitzalan Partners is looking forward to welcoming them to the Group. We are always looking for ways to help house buyers, and by bringing our services together we believe that the conveyancing process will be far smoother. I look forward to an exciting future for both companies.”
In addition to Fitzalan, NAHL Group is the parent company of National Accident Helpline – a leading UK consumer marketing business focused on the personal injury market – as well as Bush & Company Rehabilitation, which operates in the catastrophic injuries market.
