Litera Corporation today (3 February) announced new partnerships with TOTVS in Latin America and SoftMart in Pennsylvania as part of its continued efforts to expand globally and provide ‘follow the sun’ technology delivery and support.
The new partnership with ERP software developer TOTVS – which follows Litera’s reseller agreement with IRIS in September – gives it coverage across Brazil and Latin America. TOTVS has integrated Change-Pro – Litera’s document comparison technology – with TOTVS’ Fluig management productivity and collaboration software platform.
Enterprise reseller SoftMart, meanwhile, will work with Litera to bring Change-Pro to small and medium law firms throughout North America and the Caribbean.
It is hoped that the still recent reseller partnership with Netherlands-based corporation IRIS will help Litera gain exposure in the Benelux and Nordic regions as well as Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Litera’s president, Paul Domnick said, “We have seen substantial demand from these markets and selected partners in each market that have the same passion for customer service and long lasting customer relationships that we do. These partnerships give us a global reach that will strengthen the Litera brand as well as offer our clients follow the sun technology and support.”
At the end of last year, Litera announced that it was mourning the death of founder and CEO Deepak Massand, who died in his home on 28 December 2015. Massand appointed Domnick as president in 2014 and he continues to run the company.
