NetDocuments has announced the hire of former Thomson Reuters Elite client account executive Daniel Ibrahim and former Eclipse Legal Systems sales manager Steve Latter to boost its EMEA capability.
Ibrahim joined in March as director of strategic accounts EMEA, while Latter in February began the role of senior accounts executive EMEA.
A statement from NetDocuments said that the pair “have joined the company to support the accelerated adoption of NetDocuments’ native cloud-based document and email management technology across global and regional law firms and corporate legal departments.
“After recently adding a top five European law firm, Cuatrecasas, Goncalves Pereira, and a top 100 UK firm, Sacker & Partners LLP, NetDocuments is responding to increased market demand by bolstering its personnel in the region,” the statement continued.
Ibrahim, who before joining TRE in July 2012 was a business development manager with Copitrak Europe and before that at Kroll Ontrack, brings a deep understanding of how law firms and corporate legal departments operate and interact with clients, suppliers, and vendors. His focus on customer advocacy will help put the emphasis required on firms of that inherent size and level of complexity.
Latter, meanwhile, brings more than a decade of legal technology experience to NetDocuments with a background in case and matter management solutions in the United Kingdom legal and corporate marketplace. Prior to joining NetDocuments, Latter held a variety of customer facing roles, including five years at BigHand in senior sales and account management roles.
“Daniel and Steve are two strategic hires for us in our EMEA market, and we’re extremely excited to have them on board to support our growing customer base,” said Matt Duncan, CEO of NetDocuments. “With the market poised for mass cloud adoption, it became critical that we have the team in place to support it – Daniel and Steve fill two very important positions for us.”
