Tech Deals: OneMove Acquires 51% Stake in Easy Convey

OneMove Technologies Inc, the providers of Western Canada’s most popular conveyancing software solution econveyance, just announced that it has acquired 51% of Easy Convey Limited.
Founded in 2000 and based in Godalming, (UK) Easy Convey’s comprehensive electronic conveyancing case management solution CASA, has grown to become one of the largest conveyancing platforms in England and Wales. CASA significantly reduces data entry duplication and increases productivity and is one of the few conveyancing software applications in England that is fully integrated with the HM Land Registry Business Gateway, for obtaining title documents. CASA is also integrated with HM Revenue & Customs, reducing the time required to complete a Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) transaction, and further improving end-user accuracy. CASA is used daily by hundreds of legal professionals across England and Wales.
