Intapp has hired highly rated Thomson Reuters vice president Chris Turk as UK and EMEA regional vice president of sales, replacing Kaye Sycamore, who left for Peppermint Technology in May.
Turk has over the last five years held a number of senior VP roles at Thomson Reuters, most recently VP of key accounts, where he led a global team in managing Thomson Reuters’ relationships with a portfolio of global law firms, corporations and federal agencies.
Between May 2014 and December 2015 he was head of large law global account management, responsible for the strategy and general management of a group of G50 law firms with a collective revenue of over $175m.
His move to the London office of Silicon Valley-headquartered risk, workflow and time recording supplier Intapp, coincides with the arrival in the City of former operations director Paul Pastura. Pastura is relocating from Sydney in a new role as director of professional services, EMEA and APAC.
Pastura and Turk will be based in Intapp’s new, larger London offices in Great Winchester Street.
The expansion follows Intapp’s acquisition of Manchester cloud-based time recording provider Rekoop at the start of 2016.
“Intapp is a company I’ve known for several years and I admire the vision, commitment to client satisfaction and track record of innovation the leadership team has shown,” said Turk. “They’ve built an excellent team in the region and I’m excited to help them expand on their existing client base, maintaining Intapp’s dedication to their clients’ success.”
