QuisLex hires former Deutsche Bank Americas GC to head strategy

Legal process outsourcer QuisLex has hit gold with its new senior vice president of strategy and client services, hiring Deutsche Bank’s former general counsel for the Americas Joseph Polizzotto, who before that was general counsel of Lehman Brothers.
QuisLex is clearly scaling up its activities as Polizzotto’s hire follows that of former Orrick partner Josh Rosenfeld, who heads up QuisLex’s new San Francisco office as vice president, legal services.
In April the LPO announced it had hired Steven Rudnick as a director in legal spend management. Rudnick was previously operations manager, legal invoice review at Zurich Financial Services, where he advanced the use of analytics in billing review and compliance for a $600M+ per annum legal spend.
“QuisLex is the clear leader in the legal services outsourcing industry and has the right skill and experience to help in-house legal departments and law firms implement best-in-class solutions for their litigation and compliance needs. I am excited to be joining their exceptional team and to being able to implement transformational solutions for corporate legal departments and law firms,” Polizzotto said.
