Addressing a prevalent lack of joined up matter management capability within the corporate counsel sector, Eversheds Sutherland’s consulting arm has today launched a matter lifecycle management solution in Microsoft Office 365 in partnership with Repstor.
Called ES / Unity – Powered by Repstor, the new offering brings together Eversheds Sutherland Consulting’s ‘Unity’ system – which encapsulates advice on matter management tools, storage options and collaboration – and Repstor’s secure case, document and email manager for Office 365 and SharePoint, called Repstor Custodian. The pair have entered into a joint venture and the new solution is being delivered to clients collaboratively.
ES/Unity, which will allow legal teams to leverage a complete matter lifecycle management solution built exclusively for the O365 / SharePoint platform, offers native integration with Outlook, delivers scalable and sophisticated Management Information (MI) for legal teams and is deployable practically anywhere in the world.

The software has been designed from the outset to be Cloud ready but also have the flexibility to be deployed on client’s own networks if required.
