BLM awards iManage support contract to Tiger Eye

Top 40 UK insurance firm BLM has awarded its iManage support contract to Tiger Eye Consulting in place of Phoenix Business Solutions, in a significant win for the Norwich-based IT consultancy.
The iManage software suite forms a key part of BLM’s IT strategy and Tiger Eye are now working closely with the IT team at BLM, led by IT director Abby Ewen, to look at infrastructure, integrations, upgrade and mobility projects in 2017 to support staff with their key technology requirements.
BLM, which has 13 offices across the UK and over 1600 staff, is currently on iManage Work 8.5 and will be upgrading in 2018.
Darren Broughton, recently promoted to head of IT at BLM, said: “We’re going through a significant period of change in our systems and infrastructure, and we need technical support partners who are able to understand the issues including and beyond the DMS. Dave Wilson and Matt Cleverdon’s combined experience in the sector gives us that confidence.” Wilson – previously EMEA support manager at iManage – founded Tiger Eye in 2005, while Cleverdon is a director who joined in 2015 from Autonomy/HP and was previously IT director at Wright Hassall.
In a statement, Tiger Eye said: “The unique combination of expertise at Tiger Eye, with directors Dave Wilson’s two decades of experience of iManage solutions, and Matt Cleverdon’s long career both as an IT director inside law firms and as a subject matter expert at HP, gave BLM the confidence that Tiger Eye would deliver the level of expertise and customer service they required.”
Tiger Eye is an EMEA Partner of iManage, DocsCorp, Mimecast and Microsoft, implementing IT solutions across Europe.
Its clients include Birketts, Taylor Vinters, Pemberton Greenish and IP firm Mathys & Squire. 2016 was Tiger Eye’s most successful financial year to date.
