Tikit senior business consultant Paul Bower has joined iManage as a global account director in order to help iManage expand its customer care for global firms such as Dentons and Norton Rose Fulbright.
Bower, who has been at Tikit since the start of 2014 and before that held roles at law firms Irwin Mitchell and DLA Piper, will act in both a sales and technical advisory and customer care role. The plan is that he will become a single point of contact for global iManage clients, including those that, through merger, are trying to consolidate and rationalise different systems across their network.
Speaking to Legal IT Insider, Geoff Hornsby, general manager EMEA at iManage said: “Paul’s role is as global account director, which was requested by some our large global clients who by their nature have a very distributed approach. They want a single point of contact globally for all aspects of their business, for instance they want one person to talk to, to make sure everything is lined up and they have the same agreements across their global network.”
Bower will work with iManage clients whether they are supported directly by iManage or not, including advising them on iManage’s roadmap, in order to assist with law firms’ own strategic planning.
Hornsby added: “Paul will be responsible for much more than sales and is uniquely qualified for the role.”
In February 2016, iManage awarded Bower ‘Best Newcomer 2015’ in recognition of his achievements in developing client relationships and delivering customer care for iManage while at Tikit.
