Foot Anstey med neg spin off selects Elite 3E

Enable Law, a standalone medical negligence practice from Top UK 100 law firm Foot Anstey LLP, has gone live on Thomson Reuters Elite 3E in another recent example of the practice management system scaling down from its typically large law firm client base.
The largest medical negligence practice in the South West, Enable Law launched in May 2017 as a separate business entity within the Foot Anstey Group. The team is made up of over 80 specialists in the areas of medical negligence, serious injury and mental capacity. The firm work for clients across the UK and have offices in seven locations across the South West, South Coast and London.
“We are a firm that values client service highly, and we’re confident 3E will allow us to significantly streamline our financial and practice processes,” said Duncan Eadie, partner and IT Director at Foot Anstey. “We are certain that 3E will allow us to run more efficiently and secure our place in an evolving legal landscape.”
No doubt aided by the fact that Foot Anstey the law firm is a 3E client, 3E was nonetheless selected by Enable Law after a competitive pitch.
Elite 3E has won a number of mid-sized law firms recently, including 345-staff firm Brabners in May. In September 2016, 80-lawyer Irish corporate practice LK Shields adopted 3E, attracted by its new Express Service Package, which promises rapid deployment in nine to 12 months with a highly standardised 3E configuration.
Elisabet Hardy, vice president of Product Management at Elite said: “We are delighted that Enable Law has become the latest firm to go live with 3E, representing a major in-road into the UK market for Elite. Utilizing 3E will significantly enhance the firm’s accounting and billing capabilities and will ensure a competitive advantage.”
