3E from Thomson Reuters @EliteLink sees increased growth of market position

Since 2010, 69% Am Law 200 Firms Have Chosen 3E

Thomson Reuters Elite, part of Thomson Reuters Legal, today announced latest figures that highlight its continued success across the global legal industry. To date, 216 law firms worldwide have selected 3E® thanks to the leading technological capability and improved functionality of the 3E platform.

In addition, 68% of global top 100 law firms who have bought a new system in the past five years chose the market-leading financial and practice management system.

Overall, 137 organizations have gone live on 3E, with 13 new go-lives in the last six months alone. 29% of these live clients have transitioned from the Elite legacy Enterprise® solution underscoring the growing success of the migration to 3E. Global firms that have signed up to 3E include:

• Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c, a full-service, business-oriented law firm with offices in Milwaukee, Waukesha and Madison, Wisconsin; and Rockford and Chicago, Illinois

• Gordon, Arata, Montgomery, Barnett, McCollam, Duplantis & Eagan, LLC, an American law firm headquartered in New Orleans

• Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, a leading international law firm that provides innovative legal services to clients around the world

• Shook Lin & Bok LLP, a leading commercial law firm in Singapore with a strong Asian and global presence

These wins also underline the market-leading position of 3E in regard to its competitors. This decade, 3E has been selected by 38 Am Law 200 firms in comparison to Aderant’s 17. This makes Elite the leading provider of legal enterprise solutions to the top law firms throughout the US.

In addition to the rapid growth of 3E, several other Elite solutions continue to gain significant ground in the marketplace. 90% of Am Law 200 firms, 92% of global 100 firms, and 62% of UK Top 100 firms now use at least one product in the Elite Enterprise Business Management Solution, continuing the trend for strong accelerated growth for Elite worldwide.

“3E continues to enjoy huge success in the market,” said Eric Ruud, managing director at Thomson Reuters Elite. “We continue to see truly amazing growth with a large number of firms selecting 3E over and above competitors, cementing our standout offering. In addition, other Elite Enterprise Business Management Solutions are enjoying extreme growth. As 2017 plays out, we can easily see this trend continuing, making for a very encouraging future.”
