With over 20 years of experience in the public and private sector, most recently leading customer success for Granicus (formerly GovDelivery), Fedie is charged with driving measurable value for Doxly customers.

She brings with her an established track record of motivating departments to generate customer satisfaction, retention and the recurring revenue growth needed for scaling enterprise software companies. Most recently, Fedie served as vice president of customer success at Granicus, the largest cloud solutions provider for government, where she managed a team responsible for aiding over 3,000 local, state and federal government agencies accomplish target citizen engagement outcomes.
