In a significant new release out today (4 December) that furthers HighQ’s strategy to be process-centric as opposed to just document-centric, HighQ 5.0 combines both workflow and process automation within a newly unified platform.
The update combines HighQ’s Collaborate and Publisher while a new workflow engine empowers firms to reengineer their legal processes. Delivering on demonstrations at its annual user conference this year, the workflow engine automates time-consuming, manual tasks and connects content across modules in the platform. It creates operational efficiencies by turning repetitive actions into automated, intelligent processes.
The new capability is ideal for automating legal project management, due diligence reporting, AI-powered contract review, transaction and litigation management and more.
“The unification of Collaborate and Publisher into a combined platform is part of our ongoing strategy to provide a holistic solution that empowers our clients to transform the way they engage with their clients and deliver legal services,” said Stuart Barr, chief product and strategy officer. “Matched with our workflow engine, expanding integrations and other improvements, HighQ 5.0 allows our clients to achieve greater collaboration and efficiency in all aspects of their work.”
The release also features new enhancements to manage complex projects and transactions, including improved task management, Google G Suite integration, document automation and integration with LEVERTON for document analysis.
