Legal IT Newswire deal news… Womble Bond Dickinson equip Real Estate team with Zylpha eDRS Integration

The real estate team at law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has chosen Zylpha’ s integration to HM Land Registry’s eDRS (electronic Document Registration System).
The integration, with the firm’s existing Visualfiles case management system, streamlines conveyancing processes, delivering significant time savings and process efficiencies. Zylpha’s widely acclaimed integration achieves this by making it easier for users to submit requests with all the relevant information returned and subsequently stored in Visualfiles. Time savings of 70% over manual submission methods are available; thereby ensuring reduced costs and faster turnaround for clients. WBD had also used Zylpha’ s DevOps support for Visualfiles case management.
David Lee, IT Director at WBD, is keen to highlight the potential for the new integration, noting; “The productivity gains we can achieve by using Zylpha’s eDRS integration will save a considerable amount of time and allow us to deliver even more efficient land registry services to our clients.”
Tim Long, Zylpha’s CEO, welcomed David Lee’s comments adding, “WBD is a forward-thinking practice with the energy, drive and determination to keep pace with its clients’ demands and with an impressive focus on delivering the services they need. Against this backdrop, the real estate team has an enormously strong reputation for delivering the very highest levels of client support and practice management. Naturally then, we are delighted that the decision has been made to adopt our eDRS integration.”
