Legal Tech FN – Unconventional Legal Events

The first ever Legal Tech FN Conference in Scotland takes place on 5th September in Glasgow, bringing leading edge speakers and thought provoking workshops to legal professionals from all over Scotland.
Delegates to the full day conference will actively participate in finding solutions to some of the key issues for the legal sector and the theme of the day is ‘Client-centric legal services: design, delivery and the role of tech’.
The conference will explore how to design and deliver legal services to better meet the needs of clients. Participants will look at tech solutions as well as options for self-service, client collaboration and how to develop a greater understanding of client needs.
Organiser Matthew Pennington of Unconventional Legal Events, is confident the event will be different to most other legal conferences.
“There won’t be any long, boring lectures. Presentations are short, designed to get you thinking, and you can then bring your ideas to the workshops and help design practical applications for meeting client needs. We ran our first legal tech conference in Sheffield last year (Legal Tech North) and the feedback was fantastic. Delegates told us how valuable it was to take an active part in the sessions and how stimulating they found the whole event.”
Speakers at the conference include:
Sarah Blair (Thorntons)
Russell Eadie (Rradar)
Christie Guimond (White & Case + She Breaks The Law)
Sam Moore (Burness Paull LLP)
Jeremy Barnett (Resilience Partners)
Paul Mosson (Law Society of Scotland)
Kirsten Maslen (Thomson Reuters)
