DWF selects Peppermint case and matter management in biggest win to date

In Peppermint Technology’s biggest win to date, listed UK law firm DWF has signed up for its cloud-based case & matter management system, which looks set in the long term to replace LexisNexis Visualfiles.

The adoption of Peppermint CX365 is a key step for DWF in building out its global managed services platform, tying together data and analytics capabilities and client-facing services.

Daniel Pollick, CIO, DWF said: “Our technology choice reflects our vision that the future is not about traditional ‘legal’ applications towers, but about integration of world-class technologies to drive our entire business. Peppermint’s ability to help us leverage the entire Microsoft stack is at the heart of this decision.”

Mark Qualter, CEO of DWF Managed Services, said, “This is an important step in the continued build out of our Managed Services platform which will substantially enhance our end-to-end client experience and will add significant refinements to our operating model.”

Peppermint CX365 is built on Microsoft’s global cloud technology and works seamlessly with other key Microsoft products such as Office 365, including Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
