Independent London law firm Wedlake Bell has adopted Tiger Eye’s Send and Sign DocuSign integration for iManage. The selection features as part of the firm’s on-going digital transformation strategy, with the integration enabling Wedlake Bell’s employees to easily send, sign and store DocuSign documents from within their iManage Workspaces.
David Hymers, who has been head of IT at Wedlake Bell since 2015, commented: “Utilising eSignatures is just one of the ways in which we are digitising our services in response to the pandemic. We trialled Tiger Eye’s Send and Sign solution and we were impressed by the significant time savings the tool offered. The workflow involved with manually downloading and uploading documents between iManage and DocuSign can be time-consuming and complex, and we were delighted to see that Send and Sign provided end-to-end management of this exercise, with the process completed within minutes.”
Send and Sign is due to be rolled out to Wedlake Bell’s 250 iManage users next month (November) to help streamline their adoption of Docusign.
Wedlake Bell, which has been working with IT strategy partner Stridon to modernise its workspace and tech stack, and this year rolled out workflow tool BigHand Now.
Dave Wilson, Managing Director of Tiger Eye, added: “We are pleased to see that our DocuSign integration is making it easier for firms to adapt to the new way of working, and interact with clients whether they’re at home or in the office. It has been a pleasure to work with Wedlake Bell on this project.”
