Peppermint Technology has appointed Clare Bonsall as its new head of product management – Bonsall was until the end of 2020 senior manager of new product execution at LexisNexis.
Bonsall, who we’re told will drive Peppermint’s product strategy while developing new propositions, said: “The recent client acquisitions made by Peppermint, combined with the recent expansion into the US markets, clearly shows that the business has the right product strategy. I’m looking forward to getting involved with innovating a range of new products and solutions and making a positive difference to our customers – it’s an exciting time to join the Peppermint team.”
As we first revealed last month, Peppermint has won its first US-based customer, as Am Law 200 law firm Dickinson Wright signs up for Peppermint’s Microsoft CX365-based CRM system.
In April, UK top 200 firm Rosenblatt selected Peppermint’s entire product suite, including case and matter management, client engagement, document management and practice management.
Peppermint’s other clients include UK-listed law firm DWF, Birketts LLP, CrippsPG, Pennington Manches Cooper, and Blake Morgan.
