This is a really important conversation for law firms who need to get their processes and policies in order, and individuals who want to be better allies.
David Aird is IT director at DAC Beachcroft and executive LGBT champion for DAC.
Amanda Hilton, is a senior chartered legal executive at DAC Beachcroft and vice chair of Spectrum. Amanda writes a blog called Amanda Hilton. Being the Real Me, that recently notched up 20,000 page views.
And Luke Williams, who is the vice chair of the Law Society’s LGBT+ Lawyers Division Committee, and part of the Trans and Non-Binary Inclusion Project Team
