The Tech GC report, in partnership with Wilson Sonsini, explores the findings from a survey with GCs, CLOs, senior legal leaders and legal operations professionals at high-growth tech companies across Europe and the US. It asks how in-house legal’s relationship with technology has changed over the past year and which tools lawyers use to agree contracts – the majority use Microsoft Word but around a third say they use Google Docs.
