On 7 October we hosted a webinar with ClearPeople to discuss how they are helping clients to better leverage their Microsoft 365 and Teams investment. ClearPeople’s digital workspace Atlas sits on top of 365 and provides intranet; knowledge management; collaboration and document management in one.
During the webinar we spoke with ClearPeople’s co-founder and director, Gabriel Karawani; Gowling WLG’s IT director Shane Scott; and Microsoft’s director of modern work and security business group, Nick Hedderman.
Karawani founded ClearPeople in 2003 with CEO Katya Linossi. During the webinar he gave a demonstration of the ClearPeople platform that is worth a watch. Interestingly, users never have to leave Teams if that is what you’re looking to achieve.
Hedderman discussed the shift to hybrid working and the most important things to consider in recreating the experience of being in the office virtually. Editor Caroline Hill asked him how to best avoid data sprawl – fear of which is holding many firms back from using Teams more extensively – and it’s worth a listen to hear his reply.
Last but not least, Scott discussed how he is working with Atlas on collaboration. Gowling previously used HighQ but has shifted to ClearPeople for collaboration within its 365 environment and Scott talks about what is on the roadmap.
