Xakia Technologies appoints new chief product officer as it expands globally

Melbourne-headquartered in-house legal matter management platform Xakia Technologies has appointed Denise Doyle to the role of chief product officer, as the company expands globally. Doyle, who previously held roles with AMP, Primo Foods, Telstra and Westpac, will split her time between Australia and North America. Xakia’s US office is in Kansas City. 

Xakia works with corporate legal departments at corporates including Calendly, Target, Virgin Australia and Syneos Health, which is a Nasdaq-listed corporate headquartered in North Carolina. 

Xakia’s CEO, Jodie Baker said: “Denise joins Xakia Technologies at an exciting time as we continue to expand globally, and I’m delighted to welcome her to the team. She has extensive LegalTech and legal matter management product knowledge and expertise, coupled with the visionary skills to lead the evolution of Xakia, making it accessible for everybody.”   

The new global role will be focused on product development and play a central role in Xakia’s product innovation strategy and roadmap evolution.
