Dr Anna Donovan from UCL announced as a TechWomen100 winner

Dr Anna Donovan from University College London is one of the winners of the 2021 TechWomen100 Awards, which showcase remarkable women within the technology sector, across roles including senior flight systems engineer, troop commander and space services manager.

Donovan is a lecturer at UCL, where she was the inaugural vice dean for innovation. A former corporate lawyer, from 2018-2021 Donovan was the chair of the education taskforce of LawtechUK, an industry led and government backed initiative to support the transformation of the legal sector through technology. She is the UCL Director of LawWithoutWalls – a global education initiative exploring the impact of technology on the legal sector. She is also a member of the BSI Steering Group developing a specification for smart legal contracts and is a Research Associate at the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies.
