These questions need to be answered quickly, as our research shows that Teams is now used by around two-thirds of law firms for both internal and external communication. In a recent survey we conducted on LinkedIn and have shared in this report, 28% of respondents from across the corporate and law firm world said that Teams has overtaken email as their primary method of communication.
