In this webinar with Microsoft industry cloud provider sa.global; sa.global ERP customer Fieldfisher; and Microsoft itself, we looked at how firms can build solid foundations to leverage AI holistically across their business; what AI use cases are proving valuable in the short term; and what the longer-term roadmap looks like.
Fieldfisher is a UK-headquartered, European law firm with around 2500 employees and 23 offices. They’ve been with sa.global – an end-to-end practice management system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 – for several years and are one of the few law firms that already have a PMS in the Microsoft Cloud.
With our panel of experts; sa.global chief revenue officer and chief strategy officer Henrik Salicath; Fieldfisher chief information officer Nigel Lang; and Microsoft business application industry director Adam Steel, we discussed:
- Where is Fieldfisher on its ERP journey?
- What are the precursors to leveraging AI?
- The importance of preparation and change management;
- Starting out with routine tasks;
- Sharing successes;
- What are the early use cases that we can draw on?
- The shift to an agentic AI world.
“Like a lot of firms, we have woken to the fact that AI will be a game changer, and we have begun to focus on what that means internally and externally,” says Lang. “Given that, we have really aligned ourselves to our core technology stack, hence the relationship with Microsoft and sa.global, and much of our AI strategy has been based and built upon that.”
