Full service legal technology solutions and services provider Helm360 has made a trio of strategic leadership appointments following a year of record breaking growth, we can reveal.
Executive vice president Bim Dave has been appointed as CEO of Helm360 in recognition of the fact that he has been a driving force behind growth at the California-headquartered company, which saw an increase in sales of 70% last year. Head of customer success Henry Piatek has been promoted to vice president of professional services, where he will lead the PMO, technical solutions, business solutions, and managed services teams with the objective of scaling Helm360’s service delivery operations. And former Elite senior director for service delivery excellence Val Brady has been hired as services director for North America, bringing extensive expertise in managing professional services teams and delivering complex client engagements: this is the first time there has been a head of services role at Helm360.
Dave’s promotion marks a new chapter for Helm360, which was founded in 1997 by group CEO Raminder Singh. “Bim has been an integral part of the Helm360 family since 2016, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the legal industry,” said Singh. “His deep understanding of how law firms utilize technology has been instrumental in propelling Helm360 to the forefront of the industry. With an impressive track record of driving innovation and fostering growth, he is poised to lead HELM360 into its next phase of success.” 
Helm360 is currently one of three Elite premier delivery partners, meaning that it works directly with customers on end-to-end implementations. This follows a change of approach by Elite that acknowledged the desire among customers to work with one supplier, rather than a blended Elite/service partner team. In June, Helm360 announced a partnership with Intapp, helping Intapp customers with the likes of implementation, data migration and application managed services.
