SurePoint Technologies today (23 January) announced the strategic acquisition of attorney-developed practice management system ZenCase, creating a “unified solution for managing all aspects of practice, from front-office and financial management to talent retention and business intelligence.”
Last year SurePoint acquired attorney business intelligence provider Leopard Solutions, and ZenCase founder TJ Fraser, a former business lawyer, said: “The decision to bring ZenCase into SurePoint’s comprehensive suite of legal tech solutions was an easy one, as it presented an opportunity to create a transformative platform that addresses the toughest challenges law firms face today. Together, we are redefining what true practice management can deliver by providing law firms with a new vision of what legal case management software can accomplish.”
ZenCase is a modern, web-based solution that will serve as the front-office cornerstone of SurePoint’s solution portfolio, offering features such as automated time management, knowledge management, document automation, and task blueprints.
