Integreon enters strategic collaboration with PwC for EMEA legal services

Integreon today (14 May) announced a new strategic collaboration with PwC, combining PwC’s legal generative AI technology investments and expertise with Integreon’s extensive global talent pool to provide legal managed services across EMEA.

Integreon and PwC are both partners of ContractPodAI and will be leveraging ContractPodAI’s GenAI enabled contract management platform Leah in order to help drive efficiency and work towards a per-unit based pricing model.

Subroto Mukerji, CEO of Integreon, told Legal IT Insider: “This is very much a case of the right place, right time. With growing demand across EMEA for the scalable and secure delivery of GenAI-enabled legal services, our collaboration is perfectly timed. It’s not about reinvention—it’s about continuous evolution.

“Integrating the right technologies to deliver better outcomes has always been part of Integreon’s DNA. As GenAI began gaining traction, we were already ahead—training teams, embedding tools, and delivering real-world results. Together, we’re helping law firms and corporate legal departments harness the power of genAI more quickly, confidently, and effectively.”

In-house legal teams are continuously under pressure to do ‘more with less’, and genAI is a clear enabler, albeit that many in-house teams don’t have the time or resources to properly assess and implement these tools. Mukerji told us: “That’s where ALSPs like Integreon add real value—we’ve done the heavy lifting, identified proven solutions, and deployed them at scale. For clients, it’s a fast track to value with lower risk. And to be clear, this collaboration is not a precursor to an acquisition. It’s about solving a real, immediate market need through innovation and expertise—not about ownership.”

PwC said in 2023 that it would be investing $1bn in AI over the next three years, and it has established partnerships with tech companies including Microsoft, Google, Oracle and SAP.

“Through our collaboration with Integreon, we are able to deliver significant benefits and drive real impact for clients by delivering high-quality, Legal Managed Services at scale,” said Frederic Mirza Khanian, PwC global legal business solutions leader.

Gabriel Buigas, executive vice president of compliance solutions at Integreon, told us: “We use Leah to automate much of the contract negotiation process from playbooks to redlines to easily insert acceptable fallback language.  All of which will increasingly lead to per unit- based pricing as opposed to traditional hourly or FTE models.”
