San Francisco-founded AI personal injury provider EvenUp today (15 May) announced the launch of AI Drafts Suite, Smart Workflows, Medical Bills Summary and all-in-one per-case pricing.
The AI Drafts Suite delivers document creation—including demand letters, complaints, medical summaries, negotiation sheets, and responses to interrogatories. Smart Workflows helps firms to manage the case lifecycle—whether it’s sending demands at the right time, following up on treatment gaps, or flagging missing documentation before it stalls a case. Finally, EvenUp says that to align with how personal injury firms operate, it is introducing a new one clear per-case pricing model, without confusing feature tiers.

EvenUp’s platform is powered by Piai, a proprietary AI system trained on hundreds of thousands of injury cases and millions of medical visits.

EvenUp has raised $235 million to date and is valued at over $1 billion. It was founded by serial entrepreneur Rami Karabibar (CEO), lawyer Saam Mashhad (Chief Product Officer), and Raymond Mieszaniec (COO).
