Global legal technology consultancy eSentio Technologies has hired Todd Parkin as associate director of document management systems. Parkin will be joining Mike Georgopoulos‘ team, bringing extensive expertise in large scale technology initiatives and complex project delivery.
Parkin brings extensive experience from his 14-year tenure at Kraft Kennedy, where he progressed through multiple senior roles, culminating as director of pre-sales engineering. During his time there, he spearheaded the development of new product and service offerings, including cloud migration and data center infrastructure optimization.
Parkin said: “I’m very familiar with the unique challenges faced by global firms when implementing enterprise-scale solutions and I look forward to helping our clients navigate their technology transformation journeys while ensuring seamless execution and exceptional business outcomes.”
In his new role, Parkin will lead strategic consulting initiatives including NetDocuments implementation and complex technology transformations.
Georgopoulos, who is director of DMS and network information services at eSentio, said: “Todd’s expertise in change management and his ability to exceed client expectations align perfectly with our commitment to being trusted advisors for large, global law firms.”
This appointment follows eSentio’s very recent hire of Andy Ward as global director of information governance. Ward has two decades of experience across law firms, software companies, and consulting businesses, including senior roles at Kroll and Nuix. Specializing in the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure and Purview, he has experience working with generative AI-powered tools across DMS solutions, eDiscovery platforms, and information governance.
