3rd Line Support Consultant – (DMS, Worksite / iManage, SQL London)

Our client is a leading provider of software solutions for professional services firms. Due to rapid growth and high demand for resources they now have an opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Consultant.


You will work as part of team, and use your experience to take lead in certain projects. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Support. The support group are responsible for dealing with all client support cases, monitoring client’s systems, assisting clients with product enquires and updates, new vendor product development and other tasks as directed by senior management.


You will need to have the confidence to troubleshoot & fault find on clients systems with technologies such as:

iManage / Worksite / Filesite / Document Management Systems
Microsoft Windows server & client
Microsoft Office Active Directory & networking principles
Sql Server

You will have supported iManage / Worksite or similar Document Management Systems and will have a good grasp of Sql Server.

Ideally you will also have previous client facing experience but if not, you must be personable and able to work in a role looking after external clients.

You must be able to work as a team player and show and ability to liaise with customers at varying levels.

You need to be self motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
