Forresters, a firm of UK and European patent and trademark attorneys, has chosen Lexis InterAction from LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions as its new CRM platform. The solution is initially being deployed across two of the the firm’s UK offices.

InterAction will support the firm’s growth in the UK, Germany, Russia and the USA, helping Forresters to better understand the requirements of its client base and enhance customer service.  The relationship intelligence delivered by the solution will enable the firm to deliver targeted business development initiatives and identify opportunities for cross-sell opportunities globally.

The firm chose InterAction for its superior functionality that expressly meets the needs of law firms. LexisNexis’ extensive knowledge of the legal sector coupled with its extensive experience of deploying the solution in law firms also significantly contributed to closing the deal.
