Webinar replay: GenAI adoption – The pitfalls and roadmap to success

In this webinar with legal technology transformation consultancy Stridon we discussed how law firms can achieve better engagement with generative AI tools and increase safe adoption.

Founded in the UK in 2008, Stridon supports law firm management teams to adopt technology to improve their business processes.

In conversation with Legal IT Insider’s editor Caroline Hill, Stridon’s CEO Matthew Stringer shared his experiences of the struggles that firms are facing and what is working in terms of embedding successful processes.

With agentic AI coming down the track fast, firms need to have built strong foundations for adoption and Stringer shared Stridon’s tried and tested Microsoft Copilot success roadmap that it uses with clients such as Wedlake Bell.

Stridon says that the first principle of transformation is putting people first. “We’re really creating that people-centric view and thought process of how firms can be successful with technology,” Stringer said. “People come first, then we bring the technology in.”
