Account Manager (Law Firms, London)

A global leading Software Vendor are going through a period of high demand and growth, and now have an opportunity for an Account Manager.

The role:

The role will focus on growing revenue through client management, introducing new products and organic uplift of services. The role sits within the Small Law Retention Team focusing on selling online services. The role will have a mixed renewal base of small and larger value accounts with a requirement to grow the accounts via organic uplift and cross sales, of other products to fit the client’s needs. It is primarily, but not solely, an office based sales role with a large amount of account management and client contact as part of an integrated client management program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling our online products into the legal services market
• Strong metricated & KPI driven sales environment
• Managing a portfolio of existing clients – managing the client relationship & the renewal process to revenue targets
• Identification, creation and development of new opportunities within client base
• Working in CRM environment throughout deal progression
• Reporting, analysis and meeting involvement as required by Sales Manager

Skills required for this role:

• Knowledge & experience of legal industry
• Graduate level education
• Proven success at retention, up selling and cross selling for complex, online / software products
• Experience of managing challenging portfolios of clients and services
• Experience and success working in targeted and KPI driven sales environment
• Experience of all elements of sales process, client management and CRM tools
• Strong presentation skills; both face to face and remotely
• Excellent negotiation skills, opportunity qualification & client needs analysis skills
