The Role

An Account Manager is required to join the Client Services team of a fast growing professional services firm. The role involves supporting our 150+ client base ensuring that a strong relationship is maintained at all times. The role will include:

·         With a large emphasis on customer satisfaction the successful candidate will also be expected to manage and nurture these relationships while spotting potential upsell opportunities. Account management of key named accounts.
·         Develop and grow revenue within allocated accounts.
·         Update of sales CRM system.
·         Pipeline management and target tracking.
·         Provide client feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure key market information is shared.

The Successful Candidate will possess the following skills:

·         Excellent communication skills.
·         Ability to develop and maintain relationships with client base.
·         Ability to interact with technical teams within the organisation.
·         Strong pipeline management skills.
·         Good negotiation skills.
