Acquisition time at Thomson Reuters
Last week Thomson Reuters spun off its Hildebrandt Baker Robbins consultancy business, this week it has already acquired two new businesses – the eBillingHub ebilling systems business which is being rolled into the Elite division plus the Solcara search and KM business.
