Aderant Total Office 9.1 SP1 now available offering enhanced case & financial management

Aderant has announced that Aderant Total Office (formerly Client Profiles) 9.1 SP1 (service pack 1) is now available giving firms advanced capabilities for case and financial management. New features enable law and professional services firms to improve end-user productivity, increase usability and reduce risk.

The new capabilities in Aderant Total Office include split billing, document management enhancements, rich integration with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and user interface improvements. This release also includes the integration with Aderant CompuLaw court rules to ensure that tasks and critical dates involving court rules are calculated accurately, which helps prevent the leading cause of legal malpractice claims.

A major focus of the 9.1 SP1 release was on providing greater functionality to the Total Office document management system. Many enhancements were based on client feedback and include user interface improvements, access to a “recently edited list,” integration with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and easier searching capabilities, including the ability to open and search for documents from within Word, Excel and PowerPoint. As part of their annual maintenance contract, current Total Office clients can download the new release from the Aderant Support Portal at no cost.
