All change at the top for Bighand

BigHand today announced
the appointment of Graham Gilbert as Chairman.
Prior to
joining BigHand, Gilbert was Chairman & CEO of Computerland until it was sold
to Capita Group PLC last year. Commenting on his appointment, Gilbert said
“BigHand is entering
an exciting phase of its evolution. The opportunities presented before the
company in terms of product development and new global markets offer the chance
to build on its success to date and accelerate further growth. David Fryer will
be moving on to pursue interests outside of BigHand and as a result the company
will be appointing a new CEO shortly. I would like to thank David for his hard
work and dedication over the past 6 years and to wish him all the best for the
future.”

David Fryer gone??
Is there more to this announcement than meets the eye?
Could it be possible that the financiers have stepped in?

Happens all the time, people move on or are asked to go for so many reasons. What counts is what they do next.

Perhaps the latest Bighand financial results might provide some insight into the reasons behind the change. Are you going to publish them Charles?
