EMEA Marketing Manager with Recommind

We are looking for a polished, energetic and highly organized individual to manage our marketing operations, assets and teams in EMEA. This is a great opportunity to take a leadership role with a fast growing, well-positioned software company and help build its success. Reporting to both the GM of UK and VP of Global Marketing, this individual needs to be proactive, organized, diligent, a creative thinker and able to juggle multiple roles, projects and responsibilities simultaneously and across all European geographies.  Sample job duties include the following:

•    Create, implement and manage outbound marketing campaigns (email, snail mail, telesales, etc.)
•    Help ensure regional sales representatives have ample opportunity and lead flow to facilitate the team hitting its quarterly and annual targets
•    Oversee all non-DACH EMEA marketing communications activities, including all marketing assets, collateral and sales tools (data sheets, case studies, white papers, solution briefs, etc.)
•    Work directly with DACH sales and marketing teams to ensure all efforts are consistent and synchronized
•    Oversee customer relations (i.e. for PR support, case studies, etc.)
•    Manage technology and channel partner marketing activities
•    Manage UK-based PR firm, ensuring local efforts are fully integrated and consistent with global messaging and strategy
•    Manage local telesales operations for peak efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
•    London office based
•    5-7 years’ experience in a marketing programs and/or marcom role at a high-growth company
•    Significant experience managing lead generation campaigns from start to finish
•    Strong process orientation and ability to manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
•    Familiarity with all types of collateral
•    Experience working closely with customers and sales teams
•    Ability to take complete ownership of initiatives and manage them from inception through successful completion
•    University degree (BA or BSc)

Managing Consultant with The Frayman Group

Due to rapid take-up of The Frayman Group's World-Class Business Intake & Risk Management Platform in the UK's leading Law Firms, we are seeking a high-calibre individual to join the UK team. The Managing Consultant will be responsible for project managing implementations of Frayman Group's Compliguard Platform and adding value to the process in 'hands-on' mode through the application of domain best-practice knowledge and product expertise.
 
The Managing Consultant has a broad role, working initially with the commercial team to develop project implementation plans pre-contract and then to see those plans through to completion by applying skill and resources.  The Managing Consultant will be focused on delivering successful implementations and outcomes for our Clients.  Some UK travel may be required.
 
Responsibilities include:
 Development & execution of Project Plans (using Microsoft Project)
Assistance in proposal development
Internal resource planning for projects
Technical environment advice for client projects
Project cost control
Liaison with internal resources in Kiev & New York
Production and upkeep of project risk register
Progress reporting to Project Steering Groups
Hands-on monitoring, advice & guidance in process & forms design & testing phases
Participation in company events, seminars & webex's
 
Desired Skills & Experience
A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred plus experience in the following:
Working in a small-medium sized software business environment
Legal industry experience of 5 or more years
Successful project management of 5 or more projects in UK legal
Technical ability in Business Process Workflow solutions
Good knowledge of Legal Business Intake and Conflicts Management business processes
Understanding of the SRA rules as they apply to risk management
Ideally Prince2 qualified
ISO27001 aware
 
The Managing Consultant will have good domain expertise, technical ability and excellent oral and written communication skills.  The Managing Consultant must be highly credible and as such will have successfully driven a minimum of 5 projects to completion in UK law firms.
