It has been another good month for UK time capture specialist Rekoop. Following on from the recent wins at Harbottle & Lewis and Bevan Brittan, the company has signed up Michelmores. After an extensive evaluation process it selected Rekoop, ahead of Intapp and Tikit Carpe Diem, as its preferred time recording partner, with the UK vendor set for a full roll-out to over 200 fee earners across Michelmore’s Exeter, London and Bristol offices.
The project will see the deployment of Rekoop Desktop, the primary time recording interface; Rekoop Digital Footprint, which monitors activity in the background and automatically constructs fee earners’ timesheets; Rekoop for mobile, enabling the seamless recording of time on the move across iOS initially; and integration with Avaya Aura telephony, thereby allowing all call times to be captured. Collaborative work is also under way to deliver an innovative native solution for Windows Phone 8. Rekoop will link seamlessly to the firm’s existing LexisNexis Axxia PMS.
Michelmore’s Simon Clarke comments: “Fuelled no doubt in part by the quality of the solutions available, there has been a significant change in the time recording landscape over the past 12 months. As a firm that diligently embraces innovation, we want to support our fee earners by providing them with the best tools for the job – tools that give back time, both in the sense of retrieving ‘lost’ time and minimising the administrative burden of completing accurate records.”
