The Managing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the initial business plan including marketing activity, driving new business sales into the region's top law firms, hiring staff in accordance with growth delivery, recruiting value-add partners and ensuring complete client satisfaction. The Managing Director will work closely with local market consultants, influencers and press to ensure that our unique platform offering is understood by the target market. Desired Skills & Experience
The Managing Director will be of graduate calibre and must be well networked at 'C' and Partner level in the region's top international and national law firms.
 
The following experience is required:
 
Minimum 8 years successfully driving new business, high value software sales in the legal sector
Experience of driving a revenue unit within a small-medium sized software company
Hiring via personal and extended networks
Developing and working with service partner ecosystem
Engaging with Industry analysts, consultants and press
 
The Managing Director will have excellent communication skills and business acumen delivered in a confident, considered style.  The Managing Director will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and will benefit from the deep domain experience and support of The Frayman Group Executive team.
