We have a new role for an Application Support Analyst to join our Bristol Office and to work as part of our wider national IT team. This role will provide third line support to multiple systems and integrations within the Applications and Development Team.

Working closely with our lead Application Integration Specialist you will be required to provide system and user centric support for key applications that include the Aderant Practice Management System (PMS) and associated integrations. Utilising Microsoft Config Manager (SCCM), the role includes supporting the packaging and deployment tasks for the legal desktop.

As well as providing third line support you will work as part of the team to;

Provide knowledge in the support and development of Aderant CMSNet Expert (PMS) and associated systems.
Provide Microsoft SQL server (T-SQL) skills in the support of applications and integrations.
Good all round problem solving skills spanning workstations and servers.
Develop, implement, maintain and support firm wide and geographically diverse systems.
Support and develop an in depth knowledge of systems architecture, configurations and setup.
Maintain a pro-active and collaborative relationship with third party suppliers in support of core systems.
Be pro-active in the development and delivery of a common operating environment to the firm.
Monitor systems and conduct trend analysis.
Support the Service Desk and other business areas to resolve escalated issues.
Develop future enhancements and functions to support the growing demands of the business.
Document procedures and standards.
Work closely with the firms user base, Business Analysts and Project Managers in the support of project delivery.
