• Team lead/ team management experience
• Experience with appraisals/ coaching/ mentoring and general lead responsibilities

• BigHand Digital Dictation/speech recognition
• Interaction

• Experience in assisting with both document and case management

• Server and client OS knowledge

• Experience of working in a Legal environment would be useful but not essential

The Role:

The Applications TL will lead the very technical and specialist applications team. The focus of the role will be proactively leading the team and will involve a mixture of project work and proactive application support.
