Assistant Litigation Support Manager
An esteemed international law firm are seeking an Assistant Litigation Support Manager to join their experienced Litigation Support team.
The selected candidate would be responsible for providing support and guidance to colleagues within the firm, acting as a mentor and secondary point of contact. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring electronic and physical files are managed effectively and assisting with the Litigation Support management process.
Assist paralegal staff with daily responsibilities.
Provide training for fellow peers and act as a mentor.
Act as a secondary point of contact in relation to work projects.
Report to Litigation Support Manager daily.
Provide advice and guidance for any upcoming hearings or trials.
Provide assistance with the reviewing of caseloads.
Technical proficiency using software such as Relativity (Preferably Relativity Certified Administrator) & LAW PreDiscovery.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
Keen eye for detail with high level of accuracy.
High technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook & Word.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Exceptional professionalism in establishing and developing client relationships.
A degree in relatable subject (Minimum of 2:1).
